Spa Reservations
To cancel or modify your appointment we require 24hr cancellation notice to avoid 50% of the service charge. Spa treatments require a credit card to secure your reservation.
Arriving at the Spa
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled treatment booking time, to allow time to fill out your guest information card or medical form, and settle into the spa.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, in order not to inconvenience our other guests.

To preserve harmony within the spa, we respectfully request that all cell phones or electronic devices are to be switched to silent.
