All of Utopia’s day spa packages must be redeemed same day. Services cannot be altered or changed. Relaxation
massages in spa packages are performed by Estheticians. All spa packages are approximate in length of time.
Utopia Spa & boutique offers robes and slippers with all day spa packages for your comfort. Lockers are provided for all your personal belongings. Utopia Spa & boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. Complimentary cappuccino, espresso, frappe ice coffee and organic teas.

Spa Reservations
To cancel or modify your appointment we require 24hr cancellation notice to avoid 50% of the service charge. Spa treatments exceeding 2 hours or more require a credit card to secure your reservation.
Arriving at the Spa
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled treatment booking time, to allow time to fill out your guest information card or medical form, and settle into the spa.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, in order not to inconvenience our other guests.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve harmony within the spa, we respectfully request that all cell phones or electronic devices are to be switched to silent.
Loyalty Program
Receive a loyalty credit each time you refer a new guest to our spa. Cannot be redeemed towards RN services, RMT services or any day spa packages.
