Gift Cards
Share the experience of Utopia with an elegantly presented gift card—ideal for birthdays, special celebrations, expressions of gratitude, or simply as a reminder that someone deserves a moment of tranquility. Our gift cards may be redeemed for any spa service, curated package, or boutique item, offering the guest the freedom to select their own path to relaxation. Gift cards may be purchased online. All gift card sales are final.
Spa Reservations
To secure your reservation, a credit card is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services.
Arriving at the Spa
We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to settle in, complete any necessary forms, and ease into the relaxation experience. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to accommodate all scheduled guests.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the best experience for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment will end at the scheduled time to respect the appointments that follow.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our spa, we kindly ask guests to speak softly and silence all mobile devices upon arrival. Please arrive with enough time to relax before your service and inform your service provider of any preferences or concerns so we can tailor your experience. Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a calm, restorative visit.
Referral Rewards
Introduce a new guest to Utopia Spa & Boutique and receive $20 toward your next visit. A beautiful way to enjoy a little extra indulgence while helping others discover the Utopia experience. Referral rewards cannot be applied toward Registered Massage Therapy services.
